wheat flour-raisins 15.5% - candied orange peel 12% (orange peel-glucose-fructose syrup-sugar -acidity regulator:citric acid)butter- fresh egg yolk 7.8%-sugar-natural yeast 7.5% (wheat flour -water) fresh pasteurized milk 4%-emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acid - salt - natural flavouring.

May contain tree nuts,soya and mustard.
